Shipping

Shipping will be made once payment is done. I will be using the shipping address you provided at the time of purchase. The shop is not liable for any missing/lost or stolen packages.

Refunds & Exchanges

If for any reasons you are not happy with the quality please contact me and we will arrange a new package. The returns must be requested within 3 days after delivery, please do not use the product. If an item is to be returned the purchasing customer is responsible for all shipping charges, if it is an error from my end I will pay the shipping. 

Additional Policies

The colours of the products could vary slightly as some are hand dyed and slightly variation may occur during dyeing process. Also keep in mind that colours may appear diffrent on every monitor and screen devices  and  some images provided by photographers will have their editing style applied to the images.
